Cefalú is a beautiful town about an hour north of Palermo. It reminded us of a bigger version of Oritiga. Beautiful streets, historical sights and evenings full of delicious Sicilian wine. There is an impressive beach right in the town where hired sunbeds for the day and spent the day eating arancini balls and drinking local beers. Cefalú was one of our favourite places as it was an opportunity to chill in the beach and do nothing but also be surrounded by delicious restaurants and thriving bars. We were here for 3 nights in total and finished each evening off with either a delicious ice cream or mouth watering cannoli. 🍦
